Sure why not. More games and Naniwa can just send him packing himself. :D

I'll offer $500 to whoever votes for not wanting to see Revival at Blizzcon

it is supposed to be top 16 world This is dumb. Naniwa has shown he clearly belongs in the top 16. Revival on the other hand has gotten some free points here and there to help him :/ I wouldn't oppose a tie-breaker so much if Nani's next opponent wasn't Soulkey, another Zerg he will Bo5 :/ Sorry to think a lot of players are more top 16 worthy than naniwa, and don't go to blizzcon. (forGG, rain, life, and so on...) That and the way the kid acts... I guess i'm just the bitter guy here, but still i'd rather see Revival go . when in 1 year, 3 big wcs events, hscups, iems etc etc etc you are top16 and another is not you are the BETTER tournament player you can argue that in 1-2 tournaments someone was unlucky or had better enemys but if you tell me over 1 year forgg was just not as lucky ??? especially seeing naniwa beating forgg in some events (yaeh he also lost but the most importent ones he won) guys plz ... when after 1 year and many tournaments someone is ahead of someone else he was better in the whole of the year PERIOD That is true, if you admit all the players had the same amount of opporunities to get those sweet WCS points in the year. Wich is wrong. Plus you just bounce on forGG but what about Life, Rain, Roro, and so on...
Why would they be more deserving? Nani's case is already clear. He made enough points. ForGG, Rain, Life and Roro didn't so whats their claim?

What's the point. Soulkey is the next opponent

I dont have anything againt Revival as a player, but since he got extra WCS points for getting invited to IEM and dropping out kinda makes it "unfair"

If you can't understand how Rain and Life is a bigger contender for the top player in the world there is no reasoning with you. I don't know about ForGG and Roro, but Trap is definitely a bigger contender than Naniwa.

the wcs system, due to invited season1 and the fact that not everyone in the wcs ranking gets an invite to all wcs-point events, next to the issue that not everyone can afford to travel to each of them makes the 'best 16 players over the year' discussion a little off. if nani stays on 16th place he deserves to got, because he made enough points out of his chances. sure, dear just needed one codeS and a seasonfinal to get in top 16 (so he had a awsome month) but naniwa got consistent points over 3 seasons, no big 1th places but steady points. if revival gets the 16th place it just states that the whole wcs system (at least the 'w') is a waste blizz could just had 3 times a korean event per season^^ if the american and european 'seats' are all taken by the koreans that can afford to compete in different regions it just cuts off the better, but not that good payed, other koreans. and if we get a regionlock we cut off better players for diversity.

naniwa has anyways no chance in blizzcon :D

This is not about being the better contender. Then take the top 16 from the latest season 3 and put them in the finals. Players fall off and few top players are able to maintain their skill for even half a year. Where was Dear season 1? He wasn't there. He got his first points (25) in season 2. And I imagine someone did the same only in season 1 and fell off in season 3. You will not have the best players at wcs grand finals. Though you will have 16 more or less consistent players. My original question was why Rain, Life and Trap are more deserving than Naniwa?

Yes because that would be an exciting tie-breaker right before the real show starts.

In that case it should be 16 players from WCS Korea. The foreign koreans got points outside of korea. They also got stomped by Code S players in Season 3 finals.

Look at life's record. He is clearly better than Naniwa and it showed at IEM NY. He won pretty easily and the only time naniwa put up a fight was when life was messing around and manner hatching.
its also a lot easier to be "consistent" outside of korea. Do you think players like duckduck, MC, Alive, Hero would be just as consistent if they stayed in Korea? lol they wouldnt be anywhere near top 16 and definitely woulnt make it to blizzcon.. the TRULY top 16 players in the world are all from Code S.

I need naniwa to go to to blizzcon and win blizzcon.

Meh, couldn't care less about naniwa.. seems like an a-hole.. although, more foreigners would be nice.

If we could remove one thing from the world, this insanity would be it. Im fully relaxed bro. Just dont like him and his behavior at all, and obviously, "for the swarm!" ^^

corrupt system! Revival got more WCS event points so by the rules no tiebreaker is played and Revival gets the last spot
|
this poll = marketing strategy for the team EG/Alliance :D
|
It could not be more simple: one of the two contenders got there through free points, the other has not.
So now it is unfair for both of them. Dismissing Revival on the spot would make no sense, and Naniwa is doomed to deploy his best PvZ tactics in front of the current #1 player to stay alive.
