WIth big leagues like NASL and IPL we have roughly 10 hour content each day for just this one special event. Also the re-broadcast is a little confusing esp. with IPL. Often I dont know in which round a match is. Is this an Important game or is it not? So I am currently thinking of IPL as some sort of showmatches at the moment.

In addition to that it also messes with the EU weekly cup culture we have. Those weekly cups we have here on the EU servers are a REALLY REALLY good thing to have. Not only can we see EU's top players compete on a daily basis for our entertainment but it's also good to increase the player's skill level quite a bit because of this constantly competing enviroment.

But with the listing of those re-broadcasts, not only the viewers but also the (mostly casual) player numbers go down quite a bit. Which means, that sponsors don't get that high numbers anymore and are thinking twice before they start to sponsor another weekly cup series. That decreases the prize pool, the amount of Pro's participating etc. etc.

Where do we draw the line? Is it okay to re-broadcast Events as well that are beeing played on EU prime time 8 hours later for US prime time (and vice versa) )and justify this by not releasing the VODs?

TL;DR Re-Broadcasts are fine, but should not be listed anymore. One offical event is enough. People who want to watch the rebroadcasts should watch them on the event's website.
Listing of re-broadcasts are messing with other events too much.
