Hmm, my head says MC, he should be able to beat 14/16 entrants, including July, who is what my heart would say. (or would it say Ret?)
My fingers are typing the dark horses though, the ones i see capable of surprising MC, which, for some reason are Darkforce and Hasu. I'll go with Hasu. Results recently were good looking at the TLPD entry, wins over ToD, Machine, Haypro, Sjow, Tarson, Thorzain & Ace, took games off of July and Sen, time for him to explode on the scene i say

Damn no love for SeleCT here. He's better than Sheth or any of the Europeans and Korean Zergs imo. The only people who can take him out in this tournament I think are maybe Sen, MC, Squirtle and Puma, and SeleCT is definitely good enough to take out any of those guys.

I would love to see boxer take this but id say Mc/sen would be my most likely

Taiwan Zerg! SENNNNNN!!!!!!

Voted Ret, he's due for a major win, but Sheth would make me ecstatic as well!

I heard PuMa used to be Flash's practice partner. If that's true, he has the skills to rip all these scrubs to shreds! If not him, then I say Korean P because freakin' MC and Squirtle are there. Korean Zs aren't top of the line (IM.NesTea, IM.Losira?), the best being July who should go deep but shouldn't win. I don't see anyone else really having the ability to consistently beat the titans. Moon plays a weird style that is technically "safe", but weak in the long term. WhiteRa is good, but I don't see him beating the TOP Koreans. I don't see the EU players having a chance aside from Ret on fire, which has been proven to be DAMN scary to deal with. I don't see NA having a chance... SeleCT MIGHT get to the semifinals with good draw, but again with 4 VERY good Koreans, I don't see that happening. I say MC, Squirtle, July, and PuMa in the Semifinals. I don't see Sen putting a dent into this. He lost to BoxeR in the TSL, which was a while ago but if you can't beat BoxeR in a long term game, I don't know what to say for you as a Zerg. Yes, BoxeR is a smart player. Yes, BoxeR is the emperor. Yes, BoxeR has experience on his side. However, his macro is very questionable and he feels TvZ is by far his worst matchup. And even if it isn't, having that mentality where you're VERY vulnerable in a certain matchup inherently puts you behind in EVERY game you play because your decision making becomes less rational due to your fear of the matchup. So to lose a Bo5 ZvT to him. Granted, it was a nail-biting 5 games, but to play 5 macro ZvTs vs BoxeR and lose says a lot. BoxeR when he's on is scary because of his micro and his strategic and tactical brilliance. I can see BoxeR upsetting everyone if he gets a reasonably easy ride to the Semifinals and doesn't have to play MC. I can never choose BoxeR over MC.
Sad to see NaDa isn't here... It'd solidify the chance of a Korean T winning.

Special Taktickz will crush them all. ^^

My money would be on MC or Boxer, but I'll always vote for WhiteRa when given the option!

I'm hoping for Whitera to pull this off, but I'm pretty sure that MC can take this one.

Tough call but I just couldn't bring myself to bet against MC.

Voted for White-Ra, the Koreans will bow to his kindness!
But the Koreans are doing really good, not sure who will win!

He got thrashed by MC in two Bo5s, although to be fair, MC 4-gated him every single game in one of those series (TSL3 namely) and this was at the time when 4-Gate was genuinely overpowered and even provoked Blizzard to increase the research time of Warp Gate tech by 20 seconds.
However, WhiteRa did do well in the World Tournament's team league when he faced MC, and the Bo5 in the Dreamhack Invitational was a very close series spoiled by a cheesy last game where MC caught him off guard with a proxy 2 gateway.
However, WhiteRa is a really chill guy, I'll put it that way.
