Casual atmosphere is the best I'd say, but the diverse casting is amazing as well, and there are so many great players too.

You have top level games, pros casting/explaining the games, not so much hyping it. I'm not saying one is better than the other, but it's really enjoyable between all those "epic" tournaments like DH and MLG. I picked diverse casting, if I could have picked 2, it would be the atmosphere in addition.

BUT no other tourney has such great diverse casting and certainly no event shows the players practicing, talking, eating, playing poker or chilling and watching the games.. so its casual atmosphere for me

Diverse Casting is also insanely great. Having progamers cast the games in a relaxed fashion really adds to it (although I can understand that some doods feel the joking is a little too much.. I like it very much tho, it really spices things up.). It's just so much more awesome to hear the players laugh about another player messing up when he actually is messing up, while usual casters might be like 'oh, what's he planning to do with that 900 mins he saved up during the last fight ?!?!' Aw man. Everything's just so amazing.

atmosphere: seeing those top-notch players just having a good time, trolling each other in a friendly way is so refreshing to watch. the relaxed feeling really transfers to the viever. even the overall mood in the live thread seems to be more laid-back then usually. production value: unreached imo. the mix of the different camera views (players area, chill area, casting couch, 'main stage'-table), the interviews and the random shots of everyone make it so fun to watch. the stream quality and consistency is been flawless so far. players/games: can u image something better than this player pool, besides maybe some more koreans? i cant. there are both, scbw and war3 legends who have such a long history in esports and still compete on such a high level. also you have recent tourney winners and upcoming youngsters who complete the mix. despite the chilled atmophere you can see that everyone really wants to win this and put up a good show. casting: if i had to make a choice it would probably be this. between the games i really cant tell if im more pumped for the upcoming match or the caster combination that will take place on the couch. hearing those pros analysing the game who are really into it just gives so much insight and makes it so much more interesting to watch especially cause they often play the players they commentate on. they dont fake tension when there is none and still manage to be entertaining. i think having 20+ potentiallly good casters and letting them rotate and pick the games they wish to cast is so unique. as much as i love day9, tastosis etc..when there is just one caster or casting duo for a whole event /long series of games, its just naturally that they will get exhausted and fall into always the same phrases and repeat the same hype terms over and over again. not so here: in almost every cast u can expect an extra point of view, some drama or special insight. all this beeing rounded off by a fluently jabbering rotti who is doing a great job. overall: the is the best sc2 experience i have had so far. i really hope everyone whos loves this game, esports and the comunity is buying the hd pass to support take, refund his investment(+ make him some additional money) and let him produce this awesome event again. ty so much take and all the helpers involved!

I'd love to see more casting from MC, as even though his English isn't the best, he's so awesome with his predictions. I think he predicted the entire game when HuK played in DH and he was casting with TB, just by seeing when the first gas was taken or something like that. "oh this is my build" ♥ Tyler, TLO and HuK are awesome casters as well. LOVE IT!

And most of them are pretty entertaining as well! Some mixes worked better than others of course, but on average the casting at HSC3 is probably the best of any sc2 tournament thus far. YEAH I love hearing the insight from the players casting!!! SO GOOD! I'm only in Diamond, so my level of understanding is decent, but it's so cool that they know what a player is doing just from seeing something subtle, and they catch and comment on the tiny things that a player does extra well. Also, like... a match results sports ticker across the screen would be awesome! I have yet to see one of these, and I have no idea how hard they are to produce, but it would be sick. Also, maybe an on screen "The next map streamed is X vs. X" like day9 had at dreamhack
