Oh, how I hate the MSL for making a Ro8 Bisu v Stork...

Sad how people can ignore the brilliant game Modesty played and discredit it like that ![]()

Maybe Flash belongs above JD, but he certainly deserves a steep drop. that merely shows pr has never made the acquaintance of a silly little idea called sample size. it's not a reason to continue this problem.

The problem is with Flash having been a disappointment, not with the PR. It is unreasonable to expect the PR to reward a player who flops in individual leagues, regardless of PL results. No matter what happens from here on out, Flash will not be the champion this season. Ranking him #1 last month would have been the stupidest fanboy-driven idea imaginable. Suck it up. Deal with it. Quit whining.

Bo7 (Bo5 if Stats wins a game) against a whole team > Bo5 against a single opponent.

If you want sample size, check the Kespa ranking. There's a reason why the PR is made so that it gauges something different from existing "stat-based rankings". There's the PR, elo, and kespa rankings. All with different standards of measurements. Just freaking choose your own one that reflects best on your favorite player, and bask in his glory. This way Fantasy fans can talk about his awesomeness as the 3rd best player in the world. Also, Not sure why you mention sample size. It only takes 10 wins to win the OSL if you're seed into Ro16, or 12 if you're seeded in the Ro36. These are tournament-style elimination matches. So you believe Flash's 3-kill of SKT1 is more impressive than any of his Bo5s in the past OSL/MSL finals/semi-finals... interesting. Not sure how one would reach such a conclusion, but interesting nonetheless.

Jaedong counts as a one-man team or more too. But at most one player has a chance to prove himself superior to Flash in this regard by winning a Bo5 against Jaedong this season.

Mayve a win over SKT could come close to a Bo5 against a decent opponent, but come on, winning against Oz in WL is about as hard as beating JD in a Bo1. Maybe a little worse, but not much.

No one would bet on Kal in a bo5 against flash. Hell, no one would bet on a bo5 against flash. He is still undoubtedly the best player on earth. The thing is that he didnt show it and dropped out of both leagues. Then you dont deserve top 4 imo, okay if he allkils 3-4 times maybe but thats not gonna happend.

So if somene wins OSL but fails MSL and proleague , another one wins MSL, fails osl and proleague, and flash for example totally dominate proleague, and fails MSL and OSL, i dont see why flash wouldnt be first..

Because we all know the claim by by various Aclass and above players that proleague is more important to than individual league is not entirely true. Can you imagine the social backlash Flash or Jaedong would recieve if they said they didnt care very much for the team as long as they kept winning titles on their own? I'm not going to accuse any players of lying but life is also a game and to be sucessful at 'life' in most cultures an expression of selflessness is desired rather than one of selfishness.
