after 5 games of wc3 at a friends house, i considered the game as bullshit and way too low. i watched him play some games too, and he's actually pretty good. but it's way too much colors and so so so fucking slow. all in all the game sucks, so i didn't play. never felt the urge to play anything else except broodwar. but then again, i'm not the "gamer" type of person. it was just this one game that amazed me over and over again, and kept me playing for about 9 years. | ||

Then played WC3 and i liked it but not as much as bw, i played it for a few times and thats it. then it arrived DOW1, and i loved that game but it was very unbalanced and soon you loose all the fun in it. then i played wc3 DOTA and i like it it a little bit but it was too easy that i didnt enjoy it as much as bw. so all these times i spent playing bw constantly and watching korean VODs and leagues. then i bought age of the empires 3 and really liked it but still bw was by far the best RTS i had bought. now i am playing sc2, and sc1 at the same time and i enjoy both of them, because bw its very fun to watch but sc2 not so much so i am just waiting for sc2 to evolve and become as good watchable as bw is.(in terms of BO precision and timings as well as strategicly speaking) | ||

Although its like 10 years ago i played it, i was pretty high ranked on the official servers. The game is properly mostly known by germans, since it was very populated by them and a few americans. And ofc the old school stuff like C&C series including red alert, warcraft 1-3, total war series, and totalt annihialation or however its spelled Anyways, my 2 cents | ||

It is funny, they use "QQ" in reference to the shortcut alt-q-q, but meaning "cry some more" or something along that line. Before Wc3, I dont think any sc player would have used that. Now, its everywhere in our forum, lol. ggnore > QQ gg | ||
