TLO vs Incontrol pretty easily, then Nony vs Lz

the only thing that makes me sad is my glaring mistake with moving out too early vs tlo. His creep/army placement made me think he had a 4th which made me feel (at the time) i had to move out or else I was going to be too far behind economically. That and not finishing the lair off with my initial push

kudos to him though for the comeback and overall the awesome play in the series. I wish for another crack at him though!

TLO-iNc
iNcontrol almost had that shit.
Those games has some back and forth moments, unexpected twists, and was just a gas to watch.

+ Show Spoiler +
In the game where TLO says "That was so yesterday..." I had a real good feeling iNc was going to pull it out.
1 time a guy made a snide comment to me like that during a game. I had a pretty fail reaper attack... lost it fast and didn't kill anything. Usually nerdrage makes me play bad, but I just said "ya" and continued to execute about the best 6-7 minutes of SC I think I have played. Then just rolled him with a way overpowered push.
I kinna was reminded of that when I saw TLO... the to see it pan out almost exactly the same... its funny how sometimes stuff like that actually does a lot for your focus. Like "ya, imma show you yesterday alright" lol
So fun. GG's

I don't understand how Nony vs Lz can be the favorite series when Nony won because of a map glitch he abused?

TLO vs Inc and Machine vs Nazgul was way more entertaining imo.

TLO vs inc game 3 was definitely the best match.
I was impressed by machine's macro fest against nazgul though.

I didn't see the first one of Nony vs lz but the second game was kind of lame(no offense but it was a really stupid way to lose^^) and the third game was entertaining but very short and onesided. Anyway I think TLO and Inc played the best series and probably had the game of the day so I voted for them.

i also liked nony's play. it was kinda scrappy in a refreshing way.
i was abit disappointed by jinro's play. it seemed way too passive.

Though I voted TLO vs Inc I agree with this. Being able to use "map glitches" is a lot of fun to watch. It must've taken some practice to pull off.

TLO vs Incontrol was awesome due to the trash talk.

I think I was most impressed with Machine though, showing how powerful zerg macro really is.

Ya for real, Machine played about the best zerg I've seen in the first game. It was like Oov style, he just had SO many more units! The cheater zerg? (:

I saw a TLO match from the razor domination. It was the semi finals I think. It was Monday April19. The guy is sick just did some crazy macro and won after so many harasses. I think that is what is meant by, if you defend the harass and survive then your opponent suffers drastically in economy and units.

TLO = TheLittleOne

Why I liked Nazgul v. Machine (even though I typically play Protoss, not Zerg) - it proves that the early rush doesn't *always* get the win (the only other match that had the counterattacker win out was the last one). I'm not a rusher (though I am not a turtler, either), and was watching for methods that can be used to not just merely blunt rushes, but to trigger a counterattack of mine. N v. M showed some interesting ideas on counterattacks against early Zerg or Protoiss rushes.
Bad news, fellas

Voted for TLO but a close runnerup would be the Jinro v Inka matchup on Metalopolis. Fantastic play by both parties. If Jinro had been a little better with those EMPs things could have gone so differently. Hope to see more soon!

TLO because he is german and so good ;P

Also because he plays cool tactics :D
When they were introduced, he made a witticism, hoping to be liked. She laughed extremely hard, hoping to be liked. Then each drove home alone, staring straight ahead, with the very same twist to their faces.

Another vote for TLO vs iNcontrol.

The Nony vs Lz game really bugged me personally. Quick game won because of a bug doesn't = a great game imo. I was really excited to see an awesome match, but all I got was an exploit into quick gg. ;~;
