the exact same... I didn't go to the other TL Dota vent since most of the time people just went on this one and shinbi was always on it so I think this was the main one?

Maybe he fears that other people might come to him and ask him for a free server for themselves/their clan or something...
But I'm pretty sure he will be server admin on it. So just look out for someone who has SA rights but is not part of TL staff. This might be your man.
