I personally don't see Nony winning against F91 either, but if any race has a chance, it's Protoss :X

Uh.

F91 has traditionally been weaker against Protoss than other races. That's where his old "cheesy" tag came from - from his habit of all-in'ing against Protoss. Not sure about now though. He does have Jaystar as a regular practice partner now...

But then again, he did lost 0:2 to Lx in the WCG China plays recently :X

Still gonna be cheering for F91 though. Woo.

to be honest, based on recent plays, F91 definitely got more chance and confident to win the game vs Nony. I only know Nony performed bad on last PGL, and donot know if he still practice on Sc or not, but as a chinese fan, i almost saw F91 's online/offline games almost twice a week, although he lost LX, RUshgoon last week but his Zvp is quite good. not to mention that he lost 1-2 to stork but the 3rd game was close. I would rather believe he will win nony. at least i think he got 70% chance to win

Nony should totally win this one, because c'mon, I think he definitely has more experience than f91, after being in Korria & stuff.

People should stop emphasizing the whole "Korea" thing. You have to realize that F91 and other top foreign pros aren't just people who play this casually, there's a reason they're called "pros:" they also spend 8+ hours a day practicing, and Lx and Pj used to be on Korean B-teams also, and they're on the same level as F91. Idra had the fabled "Korean training" but still couldn't hold a candle to F91, and he's an ACTIVE Korean B-teamer, as opposed to Nony who recently (retired?)

Just because someone's in Korea doesn't mean they're better or have more experience. No one can deny that as a nation, Korea is vastly superior to anyone else at Starcraft. But that doesn't mean that if someone went to Korea, they'd magically inherit the abilities of S-class gamers...

Um, no ones chalking improvement to the magical aura of being in Korea. They're chalking it up to following strict training regiments on a professional StarCraft team. That's much different than being an amatuer.

The guy above me, at least, said being in Korea = more experience. Not necessarily true.

And besides, Idra's strict training caused him to be unable to adapt to builds that he didn't expect, which basically cost him many of the games. My point is, someone shouldn't be proclaimed a favorite just due to Korean training.

being in Korea means you have more chance to practice/train with the best sc players in korea, it has less to do with experience if you can only play with those B level players, I donot think if we put everyone in korea he will become a gosu, some time talent is needed. and own style is needed too.

Using one example to back up your logic is stupid. Being in Korea doesn't give you more experience; it gives you much greater access to the tools which give you more experience.

GGs today, looks like Strelok did his best.
I didnt really enjoy today's games, but whatever^^
Nony next is nice, but I still think he can get 1 game max from F91, given F91's current vs P.

I don't know how much nony is playing these days.. but if it isn't a bunch he won't give f91 a decent fight. Even in his best shape I'd favor f91 over him sadly

TL needs to get whitera, Lx, dreiven or someone..

I think LX is the best out of those three, but then, who would beat LX?
