Liquibition 27 - Expansion

Is there anyone who can stop (P)(ca)IefNaij? Just under a month ago, (P)(ca)IefNaij became tied with person who holds the most wins in a row in Liquibition as he laid waste to (T)(de)HoRRoR, 4-0. As it stands, JF boasts the impressive record of 16-5 in Liquibition and recently won the Stamina tournament. He has also earned himself a cool $300 so far and will be playing for another $100 this weekend against none other than [image loading]

For those of you who don't know who [image loading]
F91 is, he is one of the top Zerg players outside of Korea, and arguably the best Zerg in China. In the recent IEF he went 1-2 against (P)Stork and boasts an impressive tournament record. He made it to the Ro16 in Stamina where he narrowly lost out to (Z)(bo)CastrO, 1-2. On top of that he is a fan favorite and always produces fun and entertaining games. He recently joined up with the ridiculously strong Fnatic. squad and took part in the 6-0 beat down of the now disbanded MYM team, where he took out (P)(pl)Dreiven 2-1. Without doubt, [image loading]
F91 will test (P)(ca)IefNaij to his limit.

And what about (P)(ca)IefNaij? He is the pride of Canada, the resident TSL champion, winner of Stamina and on track to win his fifth straight Liquibition match. He has slaughtered every single opponent we have sent his way showcasing his brilliant play on the way. As Artosis said in Liquibition #26, whenever there's money on the line, he steps up his game to a whole new level and becomes a near unbeatable force. After he slaughtered (T)(de)HoRRor many of you called for this matchup - and we have answered your call.

The players have decided upon the first six maps as per usual, and it is up to you to pick the final map. The poll for that will be up shortly. (P)(ca)IefNaij chose Andromeda, Destination and Sin Chupung-Ryeong. [image loading]
F91, on the other hand, chose Rush Hour 3, Blue Storm 1.2 and Andromeda. That means the map list for the first six games is as follows;

(P)(ca)IefNaij < Andromeda > [image loading]
F91
(P)(ca)IefNaij < Rush Hour 3 > [image loading]

(P)(ca)IefNaij < Andromeda > [image loading]
F91
(P)(ca)IefNaij < You Decide! > [image loading]

So who will it be? (P)(ca)IefNaij or [image loading]
F91? You can find out this Saturday at 11am EST. That is, February 7, at 11am EST, 5pm CET, February 8, at 12am for China, 1am KST. Yes that's a lot of time zones, but hopefully it means that you will not miss this event, because if you do, Manifesto7 will personally come to your house and devour your soul.

I really don't know. F91 is really gosu. This is going to be probably the best Liquibition yet, IMO, as far as 'skill' is concerned. Really like the maps too, Sin Chupung-Reyung ftw :>

Oh wow, I am really stoked for this. Hopefully F91's style can produce some interesting games! Thanks, Plexa!

Do we know who's casting yet? Chill or Artosis would be pretty sexy.

Man, this will be an epic Liquibition, no doubt.
2 entertaining players to watch, and I really think F91 can break JF's ruling line if he is on top of his game.
I would love to change the world, but they wont give me the source code!

I kinda want F91 to win just for a change of scenery. I'm torn because I want Mondragon to be the one to dethrone Iefnaij but if F91 is the one to do oh well.

Please, PLEASE! No delays this time.

I realize it's a dick thing to say because it's a lot of work getting the stream up and running, but I've been telling friends about it, and they weren't impressed during the last Liquibition.

I'm trying to expand our audience! Dammit!

God, this is going to be fun to watch though. Who will commentate?

I'll probably be rooting for F91 just for a change of pace, and so we can see some ZvTs in the future. I think this will be fairly close given the player's abilities.

Playing sc makes more $$$ than the average wage in China by a pretty large margin.

They make money!? I thought their was no way considering the lack of interest in Starcraft in China. Where do they get the money? I believe the PGL was pretty much empty.

And what about (P)(ca)IefNaij? He is the pride of the Chinese, the resident TSL champion, winner of Stamina and on track to win his fifth straight Liquibition match.

Chinese ftw? :D ^^
