The first ever Teamliquid.net vs GosuGamers.net Rivalry Showmatch will take place on Sunday October 5th at 3am KST // Saturday October 4th / 1pm EST / 8pm CET. A live stream will be available for you to watch. Commentating on this event will be Chill from Teamliquid and an as-of-yet unannounced staff member from Gosugamers.
How is this going to work? We are going to do a combination of the Old Proleague and All-Stars format. The first six games will be played out. If it ends up a stalemate at 3-3, an ace match will be played to determine the winner. Hopefully this will be the first of many events to come over the next few months.
UPDATE: The 'other website' has released their lineups! Thus we shall see the following games on Saturday.
The maps will be the following from this coming Proleague 08-09 season.
We have both decided on a 5 x 1v1 and 2 x 2v2 format.
So who will be representing us, Team Liquid, in our time of need?
Good luck to our participants and we hope to see you here watching and supporting Team Liquid!

Do we have a list of well known foreigners who are affiliated with TL? Or are we just assuming it's anyone who's been on TL.Attack or maybe even the TSL (which would include a huge chunk). Or there is no list and it's all just wishful thinking =\

I'm not sure if I can help much, but I know LR is probably around B-/C+ level? I might be way off, but I know he's never lost to C- players. Or so I think.

I heard Plexa was a pretty good player too.
