If you are going to the WWI, you should come to the TL meetup on Saturday night! Meet various people from the TL community including Chill, Kennigit, Taiche and Moltke (seriously, he's coming).

Here are the details:
The venue will close at 10pm on the first day, but for those who are tired or want to get a head start, the party starts at 9pm
We have room for about 40 people at "Le Falstaff". It should work with everyone's budget as you can just drink or also get something to eat if you like.
IMPORTANT! The address is 42 Rue du Montparnasse. There is more than one "Le Falstaff", so please make sure you go to the right one!
The staff there speak English, so just say you are there for the big party. They are giving us the entire upstairs room.
I really, really don't want to spend time babysitting people, so A) do your homework so you can get to the place ok, B) bring money, C) don't puke inside the restaurant. Thanks.
Taxi: Crazy expensive, but if you can split it with three people and are in a hurry, just tell him the address.
Metro: From the WWI venue, take line 12 from "Porte de Versailles" to "Notre-Dame-des-Champs". When you get out of the station find the street "Rue du Montparnasse" and walk down to the bar about 200 meters.
Should be simple. Click on the above link above for a larger map. The station you get on is called "Porte de Versailles", where the venue is. It is to the south-west on this map.

all bars there are quite expensive (and uncool), however there one not far from here with very cheap beer (at the end of the rue littré on the map) called "le forum" (not really cool though) but you can get drunk there
Any bar that TL goes to is a cool bar. End of story. We could be sitting in a park drinking beer from a sack and it would be the coolest place in town.

Notre-Dame-Des-Champs opens tomorrow again so no problem. But imo "Montparnasse" is closer and more convenient if you go out at "boulevard du montparnasse".

There are complications with my plan right now because on the same weekend I have the opportunity to take the excursion to Weimar with the Erasmus students. I'm not sure yet which trip I am going to take.

On a more serious note, if manlyfesto, travis and tasteless are really coming maybe i should get my ass there and see what happens next ? Thing is i don't have ticket obviously. It spent way too fast that i couldn't get my schedule planned... I can be in paris without any problems, but i need to know if i can get to the convention though as a spectator ? Come on it'd pretty ridiculous if we can't get there as a spectator since every ticket are almost all been paid by press magazine or something... :[
