The Gom TV 2 MSL kicked off on Thursday night (5/3) in Korea. Due to the increased number of games, we will be seeing a lot more MSL per week. MSL will be playing their games on Thursdays and Saturdays. Traditionally we've seen the group games split up during the first few weeks but since we have 8 groups now, they've opted to play all the games for a group in one day.
Today we will see a very red headed Terran, a Terran who has the worst celebrations in the world, a Dragoon control master, and a Protoss who likes to eat cheese.

Remember Light? He used to be in the shadow of Sea, the amazing monster from MBC, but no longer. He has broken out of his shell and shown the world how good a Terran he is with his amazing multi-tasking abilities. Light has a strong TvZ and TvP, but the one area he lacked in was in TvT. He said he has trained very hard to improve that matchup during the offseason. We shall see if he is ready to put up against the Terran with the Midas touch, Midas! This guy has hands down the worst celebrations, but I think he is probably hands down the most feared Terran as of this moment. It was clear during the selection ceremony that the seeds really didn't want Midas in their group. He's a freaking momster at every matchup. A battle of two strong Terrans here. I think that Midas will take this one on Desperado. It is a very Midas-y map. Easily secured natural = units coming from nowhere from Midas.
free vs TT

Ahhhh the star from Hanbit. Ahhhh the cheesy bastard from Samsung. These two Proti that I must say are very entertaining to watch. I must admit that I can't recall seeing TT or free play a good number of PvPs so this prediction is very much in the air. Loki is very very open to proxy builds. Extensive scouting must be done to effectively discover and successfully defend against such attempts. We all know how TT loves to cheese but I'm quite sure that free isn't afraid to either. I think this would be a very interesting match with free prevailing.
Winners @ Python
Most likely the players will be Midas and free. free, who has an amazing PvZ, has a less than amazing PvT. Midas on the other hand, we all know has the worst TvP in the world (sarcastic). Midas will take this fa sho.
Losers @ Python
Light vs TT? Light has a strong TvZ and a strong TvP. TT has a strong cheese. I'm going to have to go with the youthful MBC Terran here over the very unorthodox Protoss from Samsung.
Tiebreak @ Monty Hall
Most likely we will see Light vs free and things just don't look good for Protoss players if you don't have a strong PvT. Until free manages to get a monster PvT, he will never get far because there's always a giant Terran presence in individual leagues. Good luck have fun don't drop kill a lot good game yo free. Light takes this one.

Glad Light made it, sad Free didn't, and hate TT for playing the way he does and still win, someone needs to give him a good beating like Child got :-)
God I hate TT so much. It would be not as bad if he cheesed in the first game and won. But cheesing in the last game is so retarded. It's like an unwritten rule. Cheese is sort of okay in the beginning or in the middle, but the end should always be a showcase of skill. TT I hate you.

It was "I will harras you for a while" bo, NOT "I will finish you in the beginning or I lose" bo. And you guys who are blaming TT should watch some previous games in that map to see what have been done.
TT is honestly the single player who gets the most mileage out of cheese wow. in previous OSl seasons too. If the percentage for winning is this high, why not do it more :D

I'm looking forward to the free TT PvP too. We see so few PvPs, so it's always exciting to get one.
