I wonder though, was it in his personal contract? The streaming part. Because Taeja doesn't stream like ever, HerO stream when he wants to, Ret/Sheth/TLO/Nony all stream from time to time, but sometimes there are long breaks between their streams. So unless he had a special contract which required a lot of streaming, I think it might be not true at all.

But a lot of the KeSPA players do not like SCII it seems...and I cannot but wonder why Blizzard does not try to make the game better....this is a question I have asked for so long. And it baffles me. Its because Blizzard wanted to make their game, as simple as possible so even the laziest gamers can play it and by that to sell more. At the same time they want to make it biggest and brightest esport in the world, but they failed on this one because the game is too shallow for entertainment that we used to see in BW leagues. It should be perfect if sc2 was made even deeper than bw and with new easy interface the level of awesomness should be highly increased. Sport is about hard training and overcoming your limits, so its enough that they put so much money in tourneys and advertisement to make people want to practice really hard, but instead they tried to take 2 watermellons with one hand and failed miserably on most important thing entertainment value. Its really sad what great culture Blizzard have killed in Korea, i cannot deal with it. Still there is hope in the third expansion of the game that bliz will take care of it as it should be done after they have attracted enough gamers to buy their shit. Cards are in their hands and we will see if they care about fans and art the game can become or they are just greedy low people.

Look at all his dedication he had. Still after 7 years he didnt make it to the top and basically never achieved anything (yeye Liquipedia says he got 2xTop2 but thats 5 years ago). I feel sad for him but i think its the right move that he quit. To much time was spent for nothing (IMO). Lets hope hes more lucky/succesful/happy in his future careers.

Go back to your hole kiddie. lol Never thought I'd see the day when someone would call the King of Proleague a "random kiddie". Sea didn't win any Starleagues but he had a great career. He didn't fulfill his full potential in individual leagues and there were periods of ups and downs but I'm sure if you ask him, he really enjoyed progaming, especially the POS/early MBC years. He anchored what was a brilliant MBC team back then to a historic win over a star-studded T1. People underestimate how important it was to win the Proleague.

So you're not successful unless you win a championship? You do know he's probably had more success playing BW than doing anything else he could possibly do competitively.

I really don't *sea* a problem with a BW super star deciding that he just prefers BW over SC2 even though he isn't making nearly as much money.
