I would urge everyone in this thread to sign up for bone marrow donations. The small amount of pain you could possibly experience during extraction pales in comparison to the pain these people and their families experience. Any other decision would be selfish, if you ask me. My prayers go out to you and your family, Violet. Rest in peace.
