Back during the time of IPL3 in Atlantic City, I bought an IPL Zerg shirt, and proceeded to get just about every SC2 signature I could just about ever want. Boxer was the only person at the tournament who's signature I wanted and sadly missed. The only other signature I would love to put on that shirt besides Boxer's is Jinro's. I can't believe it's been that long since that event, and even longer since the back to back GSL RO4 matches. I hope to see you one day and get that autograph man. You're still my favorite terran, and probably will always remain that way. Best of luck to whatever you ever get involved in.

I'm really happy you're moving on to a new phase of your life, and I dearly hope you'll be around here all the time to keep us in the loop. You're one of the nicest people I've had the pleasure of meeting through this site, even though I don't think we ever got to meet in person, which is a shame. Jinro, you were the player that I would wake up in the middle of the night to watch in the GSL. Because of you I paid money to watch Starcraft 2. I'm sure this is no different for many other fans, too. You single handedly impacted the game and community in a positive way. Perhaps more so than almost any other player due to your success in the GSL.

One day I hope you are able to fully understand the impact you had on tens if not hundreds of thousands of people.

To be completely honest, I'm happy for Jinro. If this is what it takes for him to be happy then so be it. If this happens to re-ignite his drive a few months down the road, then that would be even better, but Jinro has definitely been a great community figure, player and entertainer.
I'd like to thank him for all the awesome games he's played and wish him the best of luck in his future endeavours ^^
