Huh?
Coca was undefeated in Code S ZvP at one point, and was one of the best Zergs in the world before the scandal that caused him to be banned from SlayerS for a while.
Queen patch doesn't affect ZvP or ZvZ, and Coca still beat a very good Protoss and Zerg.
Bomber and Squirtle have been the streaky-inconsistent sort of team league stars since the early days, and it has almost become a fact of life we've come to accept.
What?
Bomber makes sense, since aside from his NSH all kill earlier this year hasn't done too much in the team leagues this year, getting I think 1 kill in 1 game. But Squirtle appeared in 3 of StarTale's 4 games in the GSTL Season 1 bracket before the playoffs. He got 4, 2, and 1 kills. He got 2 kills in the semis. The only time he was sent out and didn't win at least one game was the finals, when Marineking went on his killing spree after the disconnect. Getting kills nearly every time you get sent out is hardly inconsistent, and averaging 1.8 kills a game is pretty good. Hardly streaky.
With Startale's main rivals out I hope this means that can win the whole thing. They seemed to have some massive mental block against Prime. I'm still in shock at Prime going down to Coca last night. I hope today's match isn't zerg dominated.

The funny thing is that most of these Korean zergs were rising stars before the queen patch too.
Agreed actually. (And I'm not sayin' that Coca or Symbol were no names before, ofc not.)
i think the queen buff is producing some type of placebo effect among Korean zergs. The early game is definitely easier but now they have the confidence from playing the "OP" race. The guys who should been in the GSL 4-5 months from now are doing it in 1-2.

You mean like the horde of mediocre terran players that have been dominating in code S since the beginning? I'm glad we are finally getting a chance to see some solid up and coming Zergs.
Yay CoCa! :D As soon as he beat Creator, I knew he'd get that all kill. So deserved, can't wait to see him get back into GSL. The only thing standing in his way is ZvZ. ><
StarTaleQ have been busy doing StartaleQ-ish things, getting pounded by an inferior NS HoSeo team while all of their Code S players failed to play up to their credentials.
Coca's always been a good player, though there's no denying that the queen buff helped. I'm kind of happy (in a schadenfreude-y way) that Prime is down.
I feel like FXO could make it close though. I'm thinking more like 5-4 with Naniwa helping in some way.

Yes it is, Naniwa will be there(not sure if he's traveling), Sase's at HSC 5, not sure about TheStc but I don't think he can be a part of the teamleague for Startale till next season since he joined in the middle of this season.

HEY!
At first i didn't understand your post, then i looked at your team icon and laughed a bit :p I love teams icons <3
And i agree, NSHS seemed really strong this season.
