Pretty much this.

Screwed.
EG house in NA is going to be so weak and they'll just continue to get dominated by Korean/Korean-trained/EU players.

Why are there no comments from idra not even his twitter. wonder what his thoughts on this are.

Good lHuK. I'm still a fan. For ever

Probably Korean going to foreigners event now, the fact that his level of play has been dropping since he left Korea, and EG probably offered him the possibility to be sent to foreigners event from Korea directly

Still a fan, yes and it is sad and not that Im fond of EG, but I consider Starcraft the individual sports anyways. Good luck!

I love how so many people got aboard the hype wagon, made a 650 page thread of guesses and everyone doing this "all in good fun" and "for laughs".. They literally blow this thing up (sure, EG facilitated the hype with a counter and some cryptic audio files), everyone that says "guys just be patient, who cares, etc etc." gets torched in the thread for being a kill joy and not knowing how to have fun...
But then.. once the timer reaches 0 and its HuK going to EG, which all signs pointed to anyways and 90% of the guesses were, everyone goes apeshit, and all of the sudden EG is horrible for hyping this up, and their the evil New York Yankees of E-sports..
Lest you be reminded that the people of TL were in on this, and allowed it to go forth the way it did. Infact I think it was maybe 300-400 pages deep before bans were being handed out, and those bans were about LLAMAS...

It's a good opportunity for him, and for his future. He'll be making LOTS more money, I'm sure, and he's bringing IdrA to Korea with him :D Can't wait for Idra to start training in Korea again. i'm not so sure people are mad at huk...its just people are angry at EG for stealing a beloved player from such a pact community...with moneys

Wow, for the longest time HuK and Teamliquid went together in my brain. Couldnt think of one without the other....I'm saddened by this. But good for HuK. If this is what he wanted then I will support him as I always have.

He says he may regret leaving for personal reasons but happy about the business decision. Well if his personal reasons include winning a gsl then yeah he'll regret this. EG may have the money to throw around but to leave the team that gave you a big chance to go to Korea then stay in the oGs house which no doubt played a part in his success to then leave that training environment for more money and basically nothing else doesn't make sense, and the fact that pretty much any other member of liquid would rather lose their hand than join EG just doesn't make sense. As someone who became a fan because of his play I'm so disappointed.

Yah, but a lot less hate towards Huk. I'm just sad and kinda annoyed at how EG chose to announce this.

TLO: I'd rather cut my throat. TL means more to me than anything Jinro: I'd quit SC rather than joining them. <3 <3 <3 Love these guys and TL That's real true love

Just a question... So there is an EG house in Korea?
