I'm confused as why you dont get why some people like certain teams and dont like other teams. Why do you have a CJ symbol in your quote? Because you support them? Because you prefer them over the other SC1 teams? isn't that exactly what a lot of people in this thread are expressing?

least favourite team by far More teams need to follow their lead. Our pro gamers aren't paid enough Agreed. More reason to train harder too.

Didn't think he would leave at all, and even though he it Just seems a bit surreal that he would go the team with the player that hates him the absolute most. <confused>
EG focuses on a lot more games than just SC2, and therefore garner a lot of more income due to sponsors than TL does.
And, no. Greg doesn't hate Chris at all, it's mostly for show.

I think they system is fine as it is. Win tournaments... get money.
It keeps everyone motivated.

So the teamhouse in AZ was basically a huge waste of money? Incontrol, Machine and Demuslim training hard in AZ?
|
Why don't you buy freaking NesTea while you're at it? Make him an offer he can't refuse.
Fuck you, EG.

I wonder if idra regrets calling huk stupid on the last inside the game.

To hate the rivals of the team you like.

Probably not, I good quote I read here on TL was "IdrA hates HuK, but Greg really likes Chris". I'm sure that they can work out whatever, little, differences they actually have with eachother.

You need money in the first place to have the leisure of training all year long though.

It would be bad marketing move. Idra is more or less the face of EG.
Buying someone Better than him is just bad marketing.

I disagree. When things become all about the money, people tend to not care as much as long as they're getting paid

Best of luck, Chris. It was pretty cool to hang out with you even if briefly during MLG DC last year. I can still remember how your mind would run a mile-per-minute and how you'd try to piece that into words that everyone else could understand.
GL HF, I'm forever a HuK fan regardless of what team you're on.

This is really, really sad, but I don't blame Huk for going for the big money. A pro gamer's career doesn't last that long, and so they need to make as much money as quickly as possible.
That said, I'm a bit scared of the effect moving out of the OGS house will have on his play. I mean, he's going from a house filled with excellent players, including the best Protoss in the world, to one with an excellent Terran and an OK Zerg (by Korean standards). Also, being happy certainly has an effect on performance, and how happy is Huk going to be living and practicing with the guy who called him "kind of retarded" and said he "only wins because he plays Protoss"?
Well, I hope things work out well for Huk, I'll always be a fan. As for Liquid, I think it's becoming obvious that you guys need to hire someone who's as good at getting sponsors as EG is.

Food and shelter are provided to most (if not all) teams.
