I wouldn't expect him to beat Sen in the grand finals." but apparently that means that I think he is a terrible player :/ Don't worry, people who understand ZvZ know why you have your opinion ^^

People MUST understand that if you ask money for a service you have to deliver the service. I, as a client, don't have to be happy just because I get to see StarCraft2 games. So, a to do list for future events: - don't start an event 2 hours late - don't start an event 2 hours late AND ignore the 35k of people like nothing is happening. - check the whole system and make sure it works. - AUDIO IS VERY IMPORTANT - commentators must be heard - don't make 10 minutes long intros - PREPARE FOR INTERVIEWS - focus the camers and don't move them - don't be aggressive with upset clients. THEY HAVE RIGHTS! The list can go on. NASL has disappointed me. I don't want to tolerate anything. I want progress so I give feedback. With so many tournaments out there the competition gets higher and higher. Pump up the quality. And people, remember, when you pay 25$ to see Transformers 3 on IMAX, a 300 million dollars movie, they never make you wait, they never have problems. This is business. You give money we give you service/products. This post is meant to be useful, not for trolling. I am not hating, I am helping.

Movies by Michael Bay is not a good example of money well spent.

Also this - and a little sad that Sean and Dan were dangled in front of us and they are not casting all the games ![]()

They really can't to anything against the one-sided games we've seen so far BUT they have to present it better. Everything you said is true but I have to disagree with you about the intros. I'm actually not too fond of them, but they are pretty good for casual viewers who just tuned in for the grand finals. BUT they probably lost all of them by now because of all the other mistakes. So: good idea but well, wasted. And WHAT the FUCK did the chick in red do with her microphone? It's okay to be nervous (which she obvously was) but did she think she was a fucking gangstar-rapper, strangling the microphone? Just let Artosis or someone more experienced do the intweviews instead. Well, let's hope for some good games.

oh and they should place that ad banner in the background between the commentators so they can get a closer shot of them. i think that would make the work of the (pretty shaky :D) cameraguy much easier and produce a nicer picture. does anyone know how big the team (in authority of the streaming) is? and/or what kind of equipment they are using?

DO NOT understand what people are upset about at all.... are you people watching this through headsets? what a horrible way to watch live events Production has been awesome. PROPS to NASL I hear a troll creeping through the woods.....and his name is Jepsyn. lets address your points in detail shall we: 1) really? so you paid $25 for this POS? id ask for my money back. 2) do not understand what peole are on about? go and read the 600 pages explaining in great detail all the problems - to name a few - late start, bad vid, bad sound (mono), massive delays between games, terrible obs, incorrect VT;s - we could go on. 3)your headset statement is pure ineptitude....and actually deserves no counter argument since your clearly living in some b+w, 60s style world where headsets are seemingly inferior to what i could probably guess at your $10 pc speakers you got from some mass chain pc store. 4) production has been awesome? i can only guess that you are actually blind, and clearly deaf.
