I see how from a wider view this is a step in the right direction, however. The popularity of teamliquid is what allows it to sponsor a team, and any esports fan would like to see it grow as big as possible.

TL is something worth 'liking'. The more exposure TL can get the better!

Love the idea, also, will there ever be blogger and wordpress integration in the future?

No really this is pretty cool. Not like TL is not "adding LAN lat" and adding FB integration instead.

It's the way some people feel, I fail to see how their thoughts on this affect you so much. It's either a good thing or it doesn't affect you, their dislike doesn't affect you at all so why keep inquiring about it?

There's nothing inherently wrong with these tools and I'm sure TL.net will use them well and everyone will benefit. Anyone who attempted to follow the GSL qualifiers or Blizzcon SC2 tournament should be able to back this up. Twitter is way more useful for up to the minute news about things like un-broadcasted tournament games than any other form of media. Forum posts get drowned out/are difficult to make from a mobile device and news posts don't get made until the whole story is known, but you can count on the TL twitter account, Artosis, or someone else to make a quick tweet about what's going on.
