The icon preserves the horse which is cool and very faintly in the background of the title bar you can see the old horse background. All in all I think you guys did a very good job of preserving who you were and yet modernizing and making things more polished. One nit pick is on large 16 screens I get the login/password box popping off to the left hand side quite a bit so that the screen isn't prismatic the full way down.

The drop down menues don't quite work right, but that's an issue with my phone not the site itself. Anything that I usually read on the go is perfectly easy to get at.
