The point of Speed Deoxys isn't its attack, but its high speed, and actually pretty average defense. It's mainly used as an excellent Support Pokemon/Lead. As a Lead, it can easily get Stealth Rock and Spikes down with a Focus Sash, or 2 layers of Spikes in support of a later Stealth Rock user. It can also be used as a fairly effective Double-Screener, and has the fastest Taunt in the game. These characteristics have earned it spot of #11 of currently used Ubers, while Deoxys-A is at #20, though I consider the threat of A to be a big bigger. Blissey is still a defensive force that should be reckoned with. Being able to tank hits, spread status, Wish support, and Status Healing support should never be underestimated. It can tank even Choice Spec'd attacks, forcing switches. It stops non-Calm Mind Latios and Latias cold in their tracks. It stops Special Palkia and Dialga cold, or at least can make them use up a Draco Meteor. It's powerful Special Defenses have earned the spot of #19 most used Pokemon in Ubers, beating out Deoxys-A, Ho-oh, Mew, Tyranitar, Giratina, Metagross, and Manaphy. i haven't been up to date with pokemon. but during my time, groudon, lugia, mewtwo, mew, wobuffet, latios were the most imba ubers. #11 is actually a really crappy rank. protect ninjask will outspeed DeoxysS 1 round later, so what is your point. tyranitar will ruin it with focus sash. Blissey has really powerful special defenses; before I played R/S Skarm/Bliss was a really strong combo, but now all types can be physical, and blissey can easily get KO'd in 1-2 hits by a strong sweeper. everyone knows that it has really good special defense, no one will use special attacks against it unless they CM'd.

If you haven't been keeping up to date, what makes you think you can accurately judge who the best Pokemon are today? All of those Pokemon you mentioned are Pokemon that were strong/"imba" in the RSE generation, meaning you're probably a full generation behind. #11 most-used is a pretty crappy rank? #11 is really good in a metagame where literally any Pokemon is allowed, and especially beating out guys like Jirachi, Garchomp, Latios, Lugia, Shaymin, Latias, all the other Deoxys forms, Ho-oh, Mew, Tyranitar, Giratina, Metagross, and Manaphy, several of which you claimed were "imba" in your day. Well, if you see a Ninjask lead, switch to a PHazer like Lugia or Groudon. They shouldn't take much damage at all from Ninjask. Tyranitar is an anti-Deoxys lead, but again, it's a bit of a gamble to use. It loses to a lot of other standard leads, and even then, Deoxys can just switch into a Pokemon like Groudon and set up the spikes later. Not every Pokemon is capable of carrying a Physical attack that can break Blissey, especially in Ubers where most Pokemon have their Special Attack as their highest stat. Not to mention that Physical attack can prove to be useless in most other situations. If Blissey forces a switch in Ubers, it's done it's job, and if you take out every Pokemon that isn't capable of breaking Blissey, you've pretty much won. It's able to give so many Pokemon in Ubers problems, so there's a really good reason it's still widely used in Ubers. Of course it's not as good as it was in previous generations, both in Ubers and Standards, but 255 Base HP is not something that should ever be underestimated.

I guess I just never liked using them in RSE because most of the time my OU/UU team can easily counter them. and lol, if you switch out deoxysS against a ninjask, you just gave me 2 free speed boosts and a free swords dance to baton pass

They shouldn't take much damage at all from Ninjask. And who exactly are "them"? And once again, I repeat, if you haven't played competitively since RSE, then you probably going to be able to make the most accurate judgments on the metagame today. So I don't see how your claims about how Deoxys-E is the worst Deoxys form and how Blissey isn't good in Ubers holds any water.
