Mewtwo is considered to be better as well, since Mewtwo's defenses aren't nearly as fragile, and a result, isn't owned as hard by Priority moves. no... speed deoxys is so fragile and its base attack isnt that high at all, its unlikely to kill any good pokemon in 1 turn, and in return get ko'd the next round or get ko'd by some first turn moves like extreme speed. blissey isnt that good anymore due to its weak defense. | ||

You obviously don't know how to use Speed Deoxys, or much about Uber battling in general. The point of Speed Deoxys isn't its attack, but its high speed, and actually pretty average defense. It's mainly used as an excellent Support Pokemon/Lead. As a Lead, it can easily get Stealth Rock and Spikes down with a Focus Sash, or 2 layers of Spikes in support of a later Stealth Rock user. It can also be used as a fairly effective Double-Screener, and has the fastest Taunt in the game. These characteristics have earned it spot of #11 of currently used Ubers, while Deoxys-A is at #20, though I consider the threat of A to be a big bigger. Blissey is still a defensive force that should be reckoned with. Being able to tank hits, spread status, Wish support, and Status Healing support should never be underestimated. It can tank even Choice Spec'd attacks, forcing switches. It stops non-Calm Mind Latios and Latias cold in their tracks. It stops Special Palkia and Dialga cold, or at least can make them use up a Draco Meteor. It's powerful Special Defenses have earned the spot of #19 most used Pokemon in Ubers, beating out Deoxys-A, Ho-oh, Mew, Tyranitar, Giratina, Metagross, and Manaphy. | ||
