Being in platinum does not mean they are good. Most people in platinum are pretty bad since the beta pool is so small. Even a lot of top 10 platinum players are not good depending on division.

It would be nice if you turned up the graphics settings for observing. I can understand lowering it while you are playing to make things pop easier. However, it isn't hard to see what is going on when you are observing and it is much prettier.
Also is it not possible to have as good of stream quality on LiveStream as Justin.tv? Psionics streams look a LOT higher quality then the live streams that I see.

Infernal isn't being very smart. Buildings MORE collossi against that many corrupters. He should have switched to Immortals much sooner.

I'm really surprised ret didn't go hive. For just a bit of gas and time he could've gotten roach regen upgrade. Then he could have started morphing brood lords gradually. Neither collosus or immortals can stand up to brood lords, obviously.

Nice timing on the attack too, the mutas would have destroyed that army if they got to large numbers.

that's kind of how midgame works out, muta are late midgame tech. maps decide if air is more viable, so it's possible for P to pick up stargate stuff.

Since when do Roaches counter Colossi? Colossi are weak by themselves in general. If supported, however, they rip through all ground units (including Roaches).
And saying Muta destroy Immortals is kind of a funny statement, since Immortals cannot attack air.

Game 2 was really similar to PvZ in Brood War. If you picked off the Protoss's source of splash (either HT or Reaver), Zealots and Dragoons simply die to masses of Hydralisks. Perhaps the same thing applies to Roaches vs. Zealots/Stalkers.

I think if you do an event like Liquibition you should definately stream it in HD and high quality. I mean its okay to watch on those medium details for overview, but I think everyone would realize whats going on in fights even on high.

I have to say that i have enjoyed this game. the game fight was intensive
EDIT:the game was still too short...we have an entire series palyed in the time in SC1 we would have seen barely 2 games

Little bit boring by ret, luckily iNfeRNaL made it interesting. Day[9] did a great job too.
Was there any money on the line for this? I didn't see a mention of it but usually for LB there is, it might explain why ret was uninspiring though.

Enjoyable games, probably more than you can expect from a beta. Casting was of course fantastic by Day[9].

Well he was because archons are worse than is sc1.. PvZ was more fun to watch there too..
Stalkers are the most pointless unit in game..Zerglings, roaches,mutas eat them..

I am disappoint, that Infernal did'nt go air even once. He didn't even do that as a transition or anything =\. Wanted to see some warp rays, phoenixes hunting lords and mutas, and their tractor beam or wtf it's called.

looks to me like infernal could really take some tips from orb (the guy who streams on TL all day long) in pvz, he uses mass sentries to completely dismantle zergs, seems much more effective than this roach->immortal->oh shit he has mutas->gg crap that everyone else is pulling with P. Instead of whining about Z>P, go watch some orb pvz

I was so excited to watch these replays, and ofc I immediately downloaded and put into my SC2 replay folder - I loaded up game 1 and watched it successfully, well then when I went to try to watch game2 I got the annoying error:
"***TEMP*** A file is missing that is needed to run this replay and it must be downloaded."
or something almost exactly like that - So i said man this sucks, and went ahead and tried to play game 3, same thing, and the same thing for game 4,5,6,all of them - They all are giving me this error message, and i cant watch them
Is there anyone that knows what is causing this and what I can do to get these replays running? Was really excited to see these and unfort am screwed at the moment. tons of appreciation to anyone that can help, tx.

just go "create custom game" look through all the maps.. and u see them on the right side.
All the maps that have a yellow sign u click on it to download map..
all the maps with the green checkmark u don t need to click.. after u got the green checkmark on every map.. replays should work =)

okay fixed it, i just removed the whole "StarCraft II Beta" Folder in my documents made a new one put a folder inside it called Replays/Multiplayer and bam it worked.

day9's vods are fucked, it always freezes randomly, lags and won't let me buffer it. i'm using chrome but it's the same in ff, any ideas?
