SC2, SC2, SC2! That's all you've been hearing about for the past few weeks, and rightly so. The game, or rather the beta of the game, has taken the community by storm. Beta keys are being sold illegally for exorbitant amounts, user streams are getting hits on a scale never seen before, and Team Liquid moderators are taking time off work to close all the argghgh-where-is-my-key nerd rage threads.
SC2 hit us like a freight train. We recovered, played a ton of ladder, and are now here to bring you the first in what we hope will be a series of matches that will keep you informed and entertained in the months to come. Here at TL we've always been serious about Starcraft, not only because SC is srs bznz, which it is, but because it's something we love doing.
Today, Team Liquid is proud to announce the first ever Starcraft 2 Liquibition. Our Broodwar Liquibition games were a cornerstone of foreign SC for many years. Bringing top foreign players together, we pitched them against each other in a take-no-prisoners Bo7 that gave us great, great Starcraft.
Now, many years down the road, we are proud to continue this tradition in presenting a face off between Patrick "iNfeRnaL" Möller and Jos "ret" de Kroon, two of Europe's finest players. The battle grounds will be as follows.

Desert Oasis
Metalpolis

I have to say, his stream is noticeably clearer and smoother (less laggy) than most others that I've seen.
I'll be there to watch : ) This will probably pretty weird^^ I can't believe there are already events and tournaments on a 3 week old beta version... I only expect mildly interesting games, since after all, we've gotten used to watching BW at a whole other level, but I'm hyped nevertheless : )
Really cool stuff! I hope that less known players will get the chance to play aswell, cuz right now good BW players doesn't always mean good SC2 players.
