Everyone always said "oh, if you'd met him in person blah blah," and I thought that was a lame excuse. Here, however, I was totally proven wrong -- Idra gged on every game (and Nony didn't!). Beyond that he played interesting build orders, and he showed off some really impressive marine micro on Destination. I've always wanted to root for Idra as the one foreigner (and fellow American!) in Korea, but the manner thing always stopped me. After this series, definitely an Idra fan. In other news, Nony clearly likes attacking with early dragoons in PvT. We've now seen it twice on Destination (Tarson, Idra), and once on Fighting Spirit. You don't really see anything more than a token potshot at a supply depot in the pro scene, however. I assume that's because the Terran has a "theoretical win" if their micro is good enough. That said, is there any foreigner whose micro is that good? I guess it doesn't matter with no Terrans left in TSL2. --oberon

I must've skipped the part of the cast where that was mentioned. Thanks for clearing that up -- it did seem like a somewhat early tap-out, though Idra had a major advantage. What a weird series -- a Brtiney Spears build ("Oops! I pressed on escape!"), a disconnect, a hard BO counter, and two extraordinarily successful proxies. Can't wait for the semis. --oberon
