I agree with L, this gambit he is trying is too risky for mafia to try. I am pretty sure that nemy is not the traitor based on his behavior. The way he has been acting so far does not coincide with what I would deem "Vet game" mafia play. In such a small game risking one mafia that quick is never a smart decision. I think Nemy felt a legitimate threat and that is why he came out. Now if we elect Nemy and he is a DT the benefits are really good. He has 3 role checks which he can use to check active people in an attempt to form a town circle and narrow down suspects. Yes, I am aware there is a traitor and a Godfather, however the Godfather most likely will pose as a medic or a townie which are the easiest roles to fake. However 3 role checks are really valuable this game and could help us all out very much, especially if he pins a mafia. If he role checks and says someone is mafia and we lynch them and they aren't, well we just kill nemy. If he plays like a jackass mafia, well we kill nemy. Its not hard, but I think getting him in a protected role provides us with a decent start. By reading posts I am sure many of you see some of the things that I see. There are a few people posting odd and inconsistent. Nemy does not seem to be one of them yet. I won't pretend nemy is some godsend sent to lead the town, I have no idea on his leadership skills, I have never to my recollection played a mafia game with him, at least where he played a significant role. But his powers as a DT will prove invaluable in the future. He will gain consults or find out prominent mafia. I urge people to vote nemy into office. He seems like one of the only secure votes we will have. While his gambit could get him killed or into office, I can assure its a risk the mafia will NOT want to take by risking one of there own role claiming DT. If he is the Traitor the mafia will kill him anyway because they can't be sure if he is a DT or not. If he gets in and is the traitor we will most likely be able to figure it out pretty quick by lack of any progress. I suspect within 2 days we can kill him and be sure hes the traitor. Yeah it might but us back if he is, but its a worthwhile risk. I have more reasons which I don't want to list right now. So once again, Vote nemy | ||

Ace, I said not that I wouldn't want a good player in the position, its just I interpreted nemys behavior as that of innocent (most likely) and there is NOT as much behavior for any of the rest of you who are running. I also think the rest of the candidates are harder to read then nemy would be, which was part of my inclination. I also think the PM shit was a little weak, but was willing to overlook that shit. and I still disagree that nemy is high probability mafia. Hes either traitor or DT. Mafia would be dumb to risk themselves like this with such half assed shit, especially given the history in previous games of this happening. And when I said that it seemed perfectly reasonable given the situation I was referring to his paranoia of being found out, not any thng like "Town dying, all or nothng" bullshit. Just that to someone with an arguably very important role would be a little paranoid and jump the gun, | ||

and for the last time, Ace shut the hell up. NemY being mafia is so fucking unlikely and you know it. It is like a 1% chance at MOST. 98% chance of him being DT/Traitor and 1% of him being a douche townie. The lying leads him to look more like a Traitor who didn't plan everything out that he would need. It happens. However BESIDES that, most of his behavior makes him look like a legit detective. This is just a dumb move for mafia. Just because the election is over doesn't mean this serves no purpose. The mafia is going to kill him just to be safe, so we should consider putting a medic on him so they will hesitate on hitting him. At LEAST for one day until he can try to prove whether he is a legit DT or not. Well not so much prove, but give us something to work with then if he dies and pops up blue, now we have a legit role check to work with. To summarize what I said. The mafia has to kill him UNLESS hes mafia. At which point in a few days we will just kill him if he doesn't die from the oppositions volition. If hes a DT/Traitor which I have stated is most likely then the mafia has to kill him regardless of which they think he is. The longer they let him live and he is a DT the more information we get from him. Even if they risk killing the traitor who only helps them cause chaos without implicating one of their own. So yeah, if in 4 days mafia doesn't kill him hes probably mafia. Chance of that happening? Practically zero. Until then, lets just bask in the glorious amount of behavioral data that the nemy debacle has caused us. I collected some fishy shit from before page 18, I should probably update it accordingly though. | ||

Nemy you can use your Role Check tomorrow right? If so I think we should make another Medic protect list, and keep nemy among it. I would like Caller or Showtime! to make the list. I don't care which. But I don't want Ace or Ver doing it. | ||

While the medic list helps medics know who to protect who aren't really paying as much attention as they should be, it also scares the mafia away from a larger group of people. | ||

Do I think if Nemy, Ver, Mynock, and Ace were all guaranteed 100% innocent that nemy would be BY FAR the worst qualified candidate? you fucking bet. I would certainly take a townie ver/ace/mynock over a super cracked out DT/Jack(if there was one) nemy just because they are much more skilled at leading or guiding. The only reason I wanted to vote for nemy was because I believed his behavior coincided with innocence. I guess I still do, not much to dissuade me either way except his clue check which looked pretty good. I was having trouble reading Ver and Ace so I didn't want to vote them. That was all. Ace didn't want a bad player in office, even if he was 100% confirmed innocent (Not saying nemy was) he wanted someone who was a strong leader regardless. Which is why his line referred to supporting the three musketeers over nemy. that was the logic there, besides that Ace didn't really say much in regards to them. I am sure by tomorrow nemy will be either dead or have a valuable role check to work with. As for the current situation, Ver is being too quiet, I don't know what the deal is there. But there is also some decent clues towards him with some suspicious behavior. I would have to say decent chance of him being mafia/traitor. Oh and Ace, I have decided to change my stance on day one DT role calling. I thought you would be happy. The drama it invokes is barely good for behavioral interpretation because of the views of you and many others of just KILL the suspected DT first. Which the mafia would also agree with. So it doesn't help much assuming MOST people think like that. In short, if you are a DT, don't fucking role call Day 1. If you are dumb enough to flip up with your behavior and think you give yourself away, don't make it the towns problem and draw definite attention to yourself. Maybe you are just being paranoid. Try to do whatever you can to change teh thoughts of you being DT away from you. Its not that hard so don't be a jackass and cause chaos, which I agree ONLY helps the movie. | ||

While the leaking both is possible but unlikely. Here is what I think is more likely. One of them was leaked and the other was behavior killed. That seems most reasonable on how BOTH BG's could die in a single night. Now how the leaking could of gone about, I don't know. But if I had to guess I would say that Lucas might of been leaked. Lets just pretend for a minute that 0cz3c is indeed mafia. Lucas is his twin brother. 0cz3c could of either went on his account/computer and saw his role or maybe lucas thought he could read his brothers play style and said his role. Mikeymoo was trying to stay out of the spotlight which might of got him pinned as a blue. Seems reasonable enough, doesn't it? Just keep in mind 0cz3c's posting behavior as I stated earlier, along with the possibility of role leaking from his brother. In a veteran game if you don't think many will get tricked into revealing there roles, whats the most logical reasoning after that? It is against the rules but we can't prove it and its just modest speculation on my part. I think this is the most reasonable account of how both BG's could have died, which would also implicate a mafia. If lucas really suspected Ace/Ver of being traitor/mafia or something, he wouldn't tell them his role. | ||

lolwtf? It also opens the option of why if a mafia is in office they would kill 2 BGs. It was an accident. Only purposely hit one. If mafia know BGs and have someone in office they sometimes do that because it gives them the ability to just quick kill the other BG later in the game and then get the other elected official. | ||

Lets take some notice of some of the weird shit in voting. If somehow Ver is not red or traitor, or god knows what the fuck. Here is the mayoral vote compared with the current vote. Something odd I noticed was how stationary Ver's voters were considering the odd way the mayoral race was playing out. Almost all of Ace's votes changed around, only MBH never changed who he was voting for. The rest did. Ver however had like 6 votes throughout the ENTIRE election. Now lets look which Ver voters seemed to have pushed this last vote. Mayor voting. Ver's analysis's are usually pretty good and I believe he said all of 0cz3cs above mentioned people are MOST LIKELY innocent. Except me, who he wasn't sure about. 0cz3c, before I even saw his list I thought you were suspicious. 0cz3c's behavior becomes slightly difficult to read because in 3/5 games he was acting retarded (if you were in the games, you know what I mean) and as Ver said before, I suspect that the mafia were lying low for most of the game and just watching us hang ourselves. You posted just enough to not be viewed as inactive, just enough to not help at all, and just enough to fuel some fires. In previous games you did everything you could do to be noticed. Now that you are mafia amid all the sheer chaos that has been going on the last two days, you just tried to stay away from it. Unfortunately the votes list really don't help us because they were both fucking town :/ So that post on page 75 means almost nothing. Now it seems you are trying to start a new wave of shit when NemY can finally try to use his role check within 24 hours if he is a DT, Caller (according to Ver) is most likely innocent. I don't really know, but not much stood out to me. and me, the person who accused you a few pages back and I guess is any easy suspect considering my Zerg rush on to Ace? Who knows. Either way they were both innocent, which makes me feel better about being dumb and guided by the chaos, but also makes the town more in trouble. So L, where are you going from here? I am curious. I was at work and I was distracted by a customer, I believe my second line was my second point. The keyboards there are also at a funny angle so my sentence structure looks different. You can actually substantially notice the differences if you actually read other games, since I play at work usually 10% of the time. They usually involve less words and seem rushed compared to rest of the things I write. I see clues towards MBH. Feel free to second guess this. Now if we look at the clues linking to dreamflower. It used her name because there was not much else to work with I am assuming. MBH is the same. If you notice there is a SMALL MAN who snaps FINGERS Small could be refer to a baby, man is just usually how mafia are depicted but hey what not say it means Mr and hes snapping fingers could relate to hands. That seems pretty solid to me. Here are the supporting quotes. Qatol seems to be taking things from profiles, although I am still a little last with his syringe hints at Caller. This is pretty weak but it is some food for thought. In Amber[LighT]'s picture you can never see his face, just his chin. There is a reoccurring theme of someone who cannot be seen. Morning 3 post L hunched in the corner of the freezer, trying to make himself as small as possible. The banging on the freezer door was only interrupted by infundibulum's screams. The screams went from muffled to painfully loud as the larger man finally managed to solve the problem posed by the door. He quickly spotted L and started punching him repeatedly. I found it odd that MrBabyHands didn't want to release all his information, it seemed like an excuse as to why he didn't want more BS interpretations, considering we had no medics it was stupid to wait. He also didn't vote for double lynch, which we needed. This game was crazy and bad, but I actually feel like I learned something about clue reading and behavior from this game:D Its a shame Ver quit like that though. | ||

I think everyone just took Veteran out of context. Assuming it meant we were all world class players, when we know that is not true. Veteran just meant we all actually liked playing and posted and played and rarely if ever said "fuck it, im not playing" which we all got pissed about with 15 inactive in a 60 person game. We usually blamed that, this time it was our own shit. I agree with Ace. A lot of us need to read more objectively when reading posts. Admittedly even if I did, the Ace/L argument was insane and you were both innocent which made it harder. But I will say this, I never read BCs analysis's because I thought they sucked after I read part of one. I think I need to remember that Hanlon's razor does not apply in mafia ever. Even if it does, exterminate stupidity. | ||

From our perspective they had to leak to someone to make it even possible, at least one of them. The dumb luck scenario required well, way too much dumb luck. So we decided to purge the office of red. There was no red. Fuck. That is basically what happened. If you can't see how that fucked the town over, then you need to think more. Combine that with the random ass infinity21 lynch as opposed to 1/2 mafia and we were like "Wtf? Something is not right in there" A lot of bad luck plagued the town and turned us stupid. If those two things didn't happen, if you hit any other blue this game might of gone different. | ||
