Well if it's a townie/blue pardoner , he really shouldn't do anything until the later stages of the game, where mafia has the ability to sway the voting by sheer numbers(?)

Now i've been fine with that until Ver AND Ace have turned up BOTH innocent.

Also, one thing that L assumed(?) in lynching ace or ver is that the blue's had to have roleclaimed to Ver or Ace.
