That isn't as easy as it sounds. There are multiple detectives, so if a mafia comes forward saying you are or are not, then we will have to mistrust this detective. I don't want to lose all our detectives even if we take out an even number of mafia as well. Detectives are too valuable. Oh, just for the record, when somebody dies, and their towny, EVERYONE! should go read their posts. Since they are posts of the utmost sincerity, we can't afford for a mafia to go mangle information in such a large thread where important facts can be missed even by the most vigilant townies. Hm, there are no candidates in my list, then, which makes sense, since it's takes time to plan out how you will try to make a good campaign. Ace looks pretty clean, Emp seems a bit risky, but we have a good chance of having a serious advantage over Mafia.
In fact, I think I will vote for Emp, because if push comes to shove, we can lynch him. Having a detctive as mayor is so strong, it's so tempting! WTF, Emp if you're mafia, Chuiu is pure evil.

This is good, if Emp is a townie, Mafia will be reluctant to kill him with the suicider. If he's detective, he could survive and try to prove himself with clues.

I was gonna say, if Ace picked a mafia out of the hat like that, I bet he would be mafia. In order to maybe prove his worth, the mafia agreed to lynch one of their own, to give a mafia mayor some lee-way when things don't look so good for townies.
He should probably vote off someone who voted, but didnt post in thread. A mafia would still vote, in order to stay un-kicked from the game, or at least say "Iabstain from voting"

As for not lynching a lurker(who didn't post but only voted): Just look at what he said, guys! "If you're just a townie, you better not stir up confusion" that includes remaining silent, when you have nothing to say. It doesn't mean you're counterproductive or inactive, and even though this group has mafia members in fairly high %, if they didn't discuss activity internally, it's still not always worth it. Should Ace got it clear that inactives are getting removed / their roles redistributed, he would have lynched someone from this group, I'm sure. But he could have hit someone who just got a role of an inactive anyway. Same stab-in-the-dark chances.
Yes, please look at my posts. And it seems that a townie isn't really safe no matter what he does. Is he just supposed to nod dumbly to everything that everyone says? While i disagree with Showtime's method, I'm not shitstirring, I'm trying to contribute and not lurk. What are the disadvantages to lynching someone who doesn't do anything. And what we gain from lynching a regular poster? A hell of a lot less contributions. But I guess that's what you want, to lessen the clutter of the thread by lynching the active (if maybe too active ^_^)

Hm, what is a blue doesn't trust Ace? Would we lynch them even if they are a blue. Maybe a detective is pooling his clues and doesn't want to chance it? Hopefully they all send PMs...
