I thought about this as well, the argument was between two people with different native languages and writing styles that are not necessarily properly structured... It's easy enough for the main point to get lost in translation. I had to play a full mafia game through a translation tool that needed a phrase to go from Japanese to English to Japanese then back to English without changing (japanese = japanese, english = english)... Basically, the sentence had to reach equilibrium... It was absolutely impossible to convey any meaningful thoughts.
