I've answered all of his points and asked him to come at me today while i had the whole day free and he didn't bother. If he's waiting for me to leave then make of that what you will. I would much prefer to spend my time scumhunting than defending myself but defending myself can't be that hard. I've tried to think through all the reads I've made so far.
