I don't disbelieve there weren't scum in either of the two wagons but as scum you could pretty much pick anyone and vote for them in those kinds of conditions.
Exactly why I think there is likely lurker mafia within the solo wagons from Day 1 and Wiggles brought up a point where Chez MZ and Onegu still were on solo wagons although Onegu was tunneled on Tina. Looking closer at Chez and MZ now on that part.
