We have proof Rayn fake claimed, yet nobody wants to lynch him besides me and skynx. This is basically the same as if vivax had counterclaimed and there are no consequences for Rayn.

The upsides for scum is:

1) Bait out counter claim then run away without getting lynched.

2) Draw Jailkeeper away from protecting town.

3) Draw Jailkeeper away from blocking scum KP carrier.

4) Never get lynched by town unless CCed, then just run away without getting lynched.
