I was stating I think every town has a PR, but am not sure of it. I got one. And I already claimed. GB has one apparently. Superbia had one. I think only koshi didnt have one cause he died D1. | ||

and superbia's claim was very good. He saw his PR, decided it wasnt very good for town and tried to get scum to shoot him by claiming. Pretty good stuff. | ||
