Two other people in this game had a similar win condition and upon completion were flipped and left in the dead player list having completed their objective. Therefore being removed from the game = being flipped and added to the dead player list. Artanis has been flipped and added to the player list and has therefore been removed from the game. He cannot complete his objectives because he CANNOT be removed from the game to fulfill his win condition because he has already been removed.
