I dont really manipulate votes I only get two extra votes on me.
Since I wasnt in the Russian election I couldnt influence that.

So GB has either an ability that influences votes as well, a lot of friends that didn't post here, or a combination of both.

On one hand I am salty for not getting my passive unlocked and failing the first of my secondary wincons.

On the other hand I am glad that I get to be a lazy shit now.
