I disagree. I think I know why you're scumreading him, but he is also not very easily read in general. He doesnt read filters and like other games (PYP, Carol, etc) he overrelies on mechanics to a fault.....I see the lazy-ish town sicklucker here.

Probably all town but I don't think so, I can't imagine he would have an all town list. That leaves Tumble and Iamperfection. Which are both scummy but I'd just put my chips down with iap on that one. We can also just assume that he didn't spend a single thought on mafia. Especially when he knew he was dead. Stutters only roleclaimed when he couldn't do anything else with his role. Saving it for town cred super scummy move. But I think Damdred and Stutters are wrong kills atm. Damdred is following the typical go afk don't care anymore which EVERY TOWN has done earlier in the game. I just feel there are two way better kills in kita and iamperfection.

Also did you miss Damdred's role claim? It made zero sense. We get two quick votes and he tries to shoot Kurumi instantly, who I think is town, and then he claims a parity check.

Luna, all my mafia reads (including Trfel) have been pushing IAMP this game. Nearly all game. He was proven to be unlynchable.
Trfel also had a larger second list post, although after the IKEA announcement. This tells me he is not the same alignment as them. Check Kita's filter as well.
I think you're town but I think you're wrong on a few things.

ALso his filter is really bad and all he did in his entire filter is attack me and dead towns. Explain how his filter is bad ? He appeared to be on the lower volume end but I could get town tells from him.
Him attacking dead towns (for bad play) can come from either alignment. How is that mafia-indicative?
The negative attitude especially after all those town flips is also more likely to be town, or rather I didn't think it was forced.

There are several mafia-motivated reasons for Rels to claim this. He is or has likely been a framer or have had self-framing abilities.
Town already had a role (Chezinu) that was able to protect himself twice.
It's likely mafia had a similar role to counteract that and/or any third party having this ability would also make no sense or be disadvantageous for mafia if the third party survivor would town side and play akin to a veteran trying to draw kp.
Mafia Rels claiming this protects himself against detective or DT-like roles checking for lurkers.
It also covers himself in the event a tracker tracked him to (framing) himself.
You can also consider that if Rels truly wanted to town side and had this ability, he'd have clearly gone town and tried to absorb mafia KP, that clearly didn't happen.
