Edit 2: In case of this, i still want the player holding the role to specify someone else who will make the action. This exception to the rule is not to make it so that during every night for example a mafia framer says "well whoever wants to, make a decision depending on my role use". The person specified is then RESPONSIBLE for using the role, if for example Holyflare gives me a permission to decide the target of his frame ability and i fail to do so, then the ability doesn't go through regardless of what Holyflare says after that. I want to promote activity and if this is not done this way it doesn't change anything, it just makes things harder and more complicated.
