If you state it like that, then wouldn't you in their shoes reply as either alignment? That is like saying "Obi, SL, Say HI!" and both of them saying "HI" at the same time ='s them both being scum.
You are taking a NAI ( since both party can make it) /WIFOM point (unless, you elaborated more later on in the thread. but my point still stands) and twisting it to making people scum, based off of that, and instead of interactions later on.
