IS DYH A PEBBLE IN OUR INTERNET CONNECTION? - AN ESSAY BY URSO BRILHANTE

      Although technology evolves exponentially, many still suffer from internet connection problems. Some may say that the problem resides on greedy hosts, others say that the lack of maintance of the cables is to blame. But isn't there something we are forgetting? Aren't we forgetting the evil that lives inside men's hearts and that some may not try to contain it?

      I think some of our problems resides on the ill hearted. The ones that wants to play Counter-Strike and doesn't have the ability to terminate the enemy, so they make them lag with package bombing and shoot them while there's nothing the victim can do. Or the guy that is ready to drop a Starcraft player that timed out. Finally, the one that makes people's forums to not load properly so they can't find Mafia. I believe that it is the case of DoYouHas.

      DoYouHas isn't trying to lynch Mafia. He is more concerned in being read town and calls people out as Mafia for reasons that doesn't make anyone Mafia. Let's see some reasons why DYH is Mafia:

1)       Because he gave the potato to Onegu without thinking about it. Why do you give and item right away to someone else?

      We all know that the potato deals 1kp to anyone who is holding it at EoD. So one reason to give it right away is to survive. Although a townie could be one behind trying to survive, we all know that the survival instinct is part of the Mafia traits. Even if a town doesn't want to hold the potato, afraid it might kill him, he probably doesn't give it right away to anyone. He will probably search for a scummy person to kill instead of just getting rid of it.

      Also, if it deals a kp, he could've just wait until EOD until the very last second to give the potato and kill someone he finds scummy. The lack of awareness shows even more his need to survive.

2)       If VA got the potato then DYH lied about the potato mechanic because VA never posted "grab potato" in the thread. So DYH lied about how he interpreted the mechanics and how he should deal with the potato because he was afraid to get flak for the way he handled the item.

3)       He went back in time to get the switcheroo when he thought it changed roles. He could do it for two reasons:
      A) because his role sucks (and it doesn't - his role is actually very good and he could get back in time to more important things for town)
      B) because he is Mafia and if he changes role with a town he insta wins the game because he knows every single Mafia in the game.

4)        He called VA Mafia for lying when his lie didn't have a clear Mafia motivation behind it. Lying isn't exclusive for Mafia unless the lie has a clear Mafia motivation behind it. And I see no plan behind VA's lie. The lack of plan and the lack of malicious intent points out to VA being town or joker, but not Mafia.

      With all that said, I infer that DYH is indeed a pebble in our internet connection and we must get rid of him if we aspire to not go back to times where porn took days to be downloaded.

1) You clearly aren't even trying to understand how the potato works. Onegu confirmed my description was accurate. It also doesn't matter what my read on Onegu at the time was. I know my role 100%, getting the KP off me and onto someone who has a chance of being mafia is always the right play. (Side note, this is true if I am mafia as well, which is why I told you it is truly NAI. The only conclusion you can make based off me handing the potato to Onegu is that it is very unlikely that we are a scumteam.)

Thing you should know: I could not use my ability to save myself. Meaning the votes on me incentivize me to use it before the lynch. Not to mention risking getting shot tonight.

Scenario A: My role is awesome, and while my use of it was not the ideal scenario of bring back a townie killed by mafia, my plan in using my power was also pretty awesome. I was going to, at minimum, confirm two townies or confirm one townie and give a guaranteed scum lynch for day1 by using the swaperoo.

Scenario B: Your assumption is that me, as Mafia, would play against my own wincon. That the hosts would allow me the option to ruin the game like that. Why do I even have to explain how horrible this is?

4) VA has admitted to lying constantly. VA has admitted to being mafia. I have already outlined why we cannot trust anything coming from VA, and then I PROVED that he couldn't be trusted by exposing a direct lie. WHY IS THIS HARD FOR YOU?
