It's an interesting point that like 75% of chromatically's filter is blasting everything OO says but he doesn't really try to get anybody to vote for OO at all, he's just trying to justify his safe little vote.

Even when moving to vivax he keeps blasting OO without any attempt to actually get him lynched

I don't mind OO's filter except that he's intentionally confusing "scum pool" and "lurker pool". The people he wants to lynch are solely the low-posts people, but he doesn't say that he wants to lynch tehm for being lurkers or policy lynch or w/e, just that they are his "scum pool" which is pretty dumb.

I thought his interactions with chrom were fine.

I'd like to lynch scum as much as the next guy, I just don't have any confidence that anybody else is particularly more likely to flip scum than tictock either.
