Fidei, you think I'm mafia for giving up after my scumread on GG was proven to be wrong. I think you should be reading me as town for that, and here's why: as mafia, after leading a mislynch I should be thinking about some form of dmg control. After all, several people had intimated suspicion of me up to that point, I should be doing something like trying to mass post or lead town or SOMETHING to pick up the pieces from the GGTemplar lynch. Not AFK out of frustration, right? That's a townie thing, no matter how you slice it. Like you could WIFOM that I did it because.....why? Why would I just disappear after very vocally and very wrongly push on GGTemplar? It's not like I can just "skate" at that point because I spent the whole cycle making people look at me and my posts. It makes no sense from a mafia perspective.

Anyway it rests on damdred followed a thread sentiment onto one at start of d2 when it had been thread sentiment for about the whole game.

Thebsame could be said about oneg though Il not sure its alignment indicative where lots of people said ibwas scum and then he voted me and said reasons.

Yeah, this is the thing that I get hung up on with regard to Onegu. He claims his reads are all good and that he's the best player in the game, etc etc, but then he uses some lazy ass metric that doesn't even make sense to determine all his scumreads?

It's offset by the fact that Onegu was playing with a death wish if he's mafia for the first couple days. That's the only problem I can see with Onegu being mafia here - it's not even like people weren't talking about him D1 - people WERE talking about him, which is the basis of his retarded rule.

I wasn't calling you scum for leading on GGT, I was calling you scum because you abandoned your push on Chocolate to lead one on GGT, only after GGT started pushing on TT (who is also my top scum read). And also because I find it extremely disconcerting that you have said some version of "I'm town" basically every other post.

I didn't so much abandon my push on Chocolate as I widened my search, and I thought I nabbed GG. It's really not complicated - I was giving him a chance to come in and PROVE that he's town through action or posting or something, and GG was (from my perspective) claiming mafia with every post. So it was a thing where I became MORE certain about GG than Chocolate, so that's where my push went. You'll see though that as the day progressed and he did nothing, my scumread on Chocolate made its way back into my filter.

Saying "I'm town" is not alignment indicative, I get that you don't like it or whatever, but I do it as town and mafia in equal portions. You have to look at my play, and my pushes, and my reasoning to determine my alignment. This game I think it should be pretty obvious, and that's why I say it.

Ritoky's reads also played into it, because he died. Like, I was suspicious of Chocolate and Ritoky made a note that if Chocolate is mafia then GGT is probably mafia with him. That's what made me start scrutinizing GGT in the first place, and ultimately scumread him based on our interactions. Look at how he goes from having NO read on me and chocolate to suddenly having a scumread on me after I scumread him for (what I perceive to be) good reasons. That CEMENTED my read of GGT - he started using things that had happened D1 to say I'm mafia when NOT EVEN HOURS BEFORE had said that he filtered me and nothing stood out as suspicious. He was fabricating reasoning to be suspicious of me, in spite of the fact that he was town, and that made me scumread him.

It IS (generally speaking) all in my filter. And my filter isn't inconsiderable, all things considered.
