Ls does scummy things all the time. Listen I'm not saying ls can't be scum but he's not scum for this necessarily, he made his own judgement call albeit a bad one.

Him saying I don't want either wagons etc., isn't scummy in itself necessarily.

And yes trfel you hard defend someone and then basically hammer them that's scum motivated.
