Fuck I was wrong.

marv is framer and prplhz is actually miller.

What happened is that prplhz was the obvious copcheck, and marv knew cop was checking prplhz, so he framed him. But it backfired and because prplhz is miller it was green. That is why marv is so angry.

I finally figured it out.
