A mindmeld means a lot to the person(s) who experience(s) it, because it's typically (ime anyway) difficult for mafia to have the same thought about someone at the same time as a townie. But to an outsider who doesn't know either player's alignment, it doesn't really mean much. ray appears to pseudo-suspect me and marv so of course it does nothing for me to tell him that we mindmelded because two mafia can just make that up. | ||

With (3), I don't really remember you pushing them much after d1? You pushed JAT hard which was good, and you said Palmar isn't mafia pretty forcefully a couple times, but then after that I don't really remember it. Maybe I'm just forgetting it in the 4000 posts and counting in this game. Who are your current suspects? The way I read that, it was uncharacteristically hedging (given that we now know JAT is mafia) for mafia marv. From what I recall, marv doesn't defend his teammates as mafia, he either tries to drive the lynch elsewhere without addressing the teammate at all or he tries to ride the wave and get on the lynch early. It seems like something that town marv would do when dealing with someone whose alignment he doesn't know, but not something that mafia marv would do when dealing with a teammate under fire. | ||

I don't think marv is mafia. You can't point to his filter without context. This game is similar in raw activity levels to Imperial, and his posting rate here eclipses his Imperial posting rate by a substantial margin. I think how he treated JAT is pretty townie simply because I don't think it's mafia. We melded on prplhz, and I do feel like he's been trying to solve the game. Palmar also seems better. Koshi, FF still best townies. Onegu still probably town and just bait. prplhz/ray is where I'd look. I think ray is the better lynch, because prplhz still has that researching outside games thing going for him, and ray still has that incomprehensible n1 resolution going against him. Either is fine but I rather ray. | ||
