the super lynch was still bad though. even if mm was town, had he still been in we might have gotten somewhere, and that is partially my fault (certainly starting the initial train was ><)...though I don't see ritoky actually making the voteswitch there xP

I just don't i'm not blaming you for the ban hts. don't misunderstand me. doesn't make it less depressing This isn't the first and sadly it won't be the last. I think I've encountered trolls in my last 4 games, some we've lynched, others left alone (Titanic I'd say was the worst I've had to deal with more recently), but they all had one thing in common - all the trolls I've dealt with except for Kurumi in JOAT were town. You definitely wish rightly for more help forming reads from the trolls, but it's up to town to ignore or (policy) lynch, and sadly moderators really cannot do anything unless they spam (which I didn't see to be the case here) or break standard behaviour rules.

thanks hts. i don't think the post restriction was the problem...the ppl not playing were well below the threshold night could do with another page though imo i kept running out there

If anyone else has thoughts on the post restriction, give me a shout. For information's sake: D1 I issued one warning, N1, I had two warnings, D2 and N2, one warning each. I did not modkill for night excesses as I did not impose an absolute max limit and I would feel that to be unfair. I was doing filter checks roughly every 3-4 hours. During the day, none of my warnings ever hit 80. I think I caught both Snickers and I think Rasputin at exactly the 60 post mark. I believe Snickers hit the limit three times with several hours to go in each instance. It seemed as of all the players, he appeared to be the one hitting the limit most. Post restricted games on TL are pretty rare, but that's the info I gathered for those of you who were interested.

Yolo is you only live once. Once used seriously, now it's usually used in a jokingly, over the top sort of way. "Yoloswag" would be similar to "superswag" or "megaswag". That's about as serious as I can get about the topic.

in terms of the internet and more colloquial usage it is commonly a meme used for someone saying they look cool/confident in a situation where they got lucky or is ridiculous or the like. usually it is also accompanied by swag shades. in terms of the verb of "swagging on someone" it is moreso meaning doing something over the top and excessive to look cooler when you could have just done it simply or doing something to someone, having them know you're doing it and being unable to stop you. for example i swagged on damdred this game because i said in the thread at one point i was going to shoot him, then did just for style points and no1 realized it.

This is the first time I'm hearing swag used this way - generally the way I've heard it used was in terms of free stuff like "free swag" or "swag bags" they hand out at the Oscars or other awards shows. So that term made zero sense to me. Yolo I've definitely heard, but not swag in that way. Now it makes perfect sense. The joys of being a non-native speaker sometimes...my formal English is good, but even after all these years slang still drives me insane >_<
