It's just such a strangely worded post. Like the part he's talking about laughing seems really awkward, and I don't understand how his line of questioning is ever going to amount to something. The word "still" is sort of forced in there, and he's kind of asks the same question twice "why not scumread palmar?" "why scumread marv?" Which is basically the same question, and he had asked it like that earlier. | ||

He is now scum4lyfe in this game for being super hostile and annoying. It does not fit with the personality I had attributed to him. He basically chooses to make stand-offs instead of actually trying to talk people into doing shit. I think Damdred is a nice guy, and on the verge of becoming a truly great TL mafia player (like one of the elite players). This just doesn't fit with anything. It's out of character, it's weird, and it's not productive, and he KNOWS it's not productive. I cannot believe he's town here. | ||

Literally _everyone_ has massive problems changing their mind. When someone has an idea about you, it will take a monumental effort to change that idea. Which is why I hate it when townies just don't try. It's just the nature of us. We know we can trust ourselves, so our pre-conceived biases are incredibly hard to overcome. This is why mafia shoots people who are right. Even if everyone knows mafia usually shoots people who are right, it's still almost always the best play for mafia to shoot people who are right, because those who survive often keep being wrong. It is so hard to change someone's mind. If you are being scumread, don't bitch about it, do something about it. Present better cases, look more town. If you're mafia, then w/e. | ||
