Probably 3 fewer considering how mafia favored the lynch mechanics are in general. So why on god's green earth aren't people claiming these powers 1, why didn't they use these powers 2 and where in the fuck are all the roles we're missing? | ||

I'm thinking there are different abilities, no reason to think that traditional roles in such an untraditional game are neccessary. And honestly, I don't care about how many roles there are. And needing Vigis with 2kp Ninjas. Yes. Ninjas aren't trying to shoot mafia. Hell some people will just shoot indiscriminately into reasonable targets. Which more often than not will be town. Ninjas are not town aligned. They're far, far more closer to mafia aligned than anything else. Like when all 4 shuriken get shot, then guess what happens. They claim. In Demon's run he was 3P and he and I and Austin (my mafia partner) made a shaky alliance so that we had a chance at winning. 3P are in no way town aligned. They're heavily anti town. Super heavily anti-town. So yes, in a setup with 6 mafia and 2 3rd party then yes, town needs a way to cull the chaff and/or kill mafia. Like with out such, by the end of N2 in a what 26 person setup there's like 7 town going to be dead at least most likely. If not 9-10. It can easily be MYLO on D3. So yes, town needs roles to help figure shit out. | ||

No, but there is something in the wording of the psirit role that makes me think they can save up the points they get for roles. Like as in they don't have to spend them every night. Also geript i understand what you are saying but like the one time role thing is kinda good for town in a way. I understand that it opens up mafia for fakeclaims but like if sandroba only got a 1 time cop thing not a perma cop thing (still hasn't answered it) then mafias job is really hard. How do you kill powerroles when everyone is just a vanilla town. You can't hunt them it changes every cycle. That being said getting ONE town PR seems fairly weak and only makes sense if the spirit is like "saving" his points. | ||
