EPTI don't feel like voting for a no lynch is necessary at this point because it's highly likely that SL/me will still be around tomorrow to do the exact same dance. A lynch outside of SL/me is almost unfeasible at this point as it stands, so unless someone points out where else the vote could end up, then I'm fine with taking action today.
